Terms of Service

To use Fantasy Label, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post or transmit content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation or gender identity
• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited promotion
• Share anyone's private information without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

There is no tolerance for abusive content or abusive behaviour. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice.

You are responsible for everything you post — messages, league and label names, profile text and images, and anything you say in draft voice chat. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us the limited right to store and display it so the service can work.

Every player has tools to deal with content they do not want to see:

• Block any player from their profile, or by holding one of their messages. Blocking hides you and that player from each other in direct messages and league chat.
• Report a player, or a specific message, from the same menu. Reports go to our moderation team.

We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours. Depending on severity we may remove content, warn the account, or suspend or terminate it permanently. Voice chat is live only and is not recorded, so reports about voice should describe what happened and name the league and time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Scoring data will be perfectly accurate or timely
• The service will meet your specific requirements

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time, from Settings in the app or on the web. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Deleting your account destroys your login and erases your personal information, and cannot be undone. Your past league participation is retained in anonymous form so that other players' standings and results are not altered — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
